I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support during my tenure as your Representative in the United States Congress.  It is a great honor to serve the people of the 48th District in Washington, D.C.

As you may know, I am up for reelection this year, and I need your help.  In order to officially enter the Congressional race, I need to be nominated by citizens from my Congressional District.  I have attached a nomination form for you to sign.
